These terms form the agreement between you and Danca Media LLC for your use of the A9 Buyer Access portal.

Portal purpose

A9 Buyer Access provides product, buyer-fit, volume, and fulfillment information for prospective business buyers. Content is informational and may be updated.

Applications are not purchases

Submitting an application is a request for access. It is not a purchase, does not guarantee approval, and does not create a supply agreement. Availability, receiving requirements, payment terms, and fulfillment terms are provided separately to approved buyers.

Email submission

The application form prepares an email in your own email client. Nothing is sent through the site until you choose to send it. Business contact details are collected only when you send that email.

Site technology

This site uses no cookies, no localStorage, and no tracking technologies.

Product information

Product descriptions are provided for wholesale evaluation and should not be treated as medical advice. Commercial commitments apply only when confirmed in writing by the contracting parties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
